Favro are looking for two Strategic Account Managers



Favro is a Swedish software company with offices in Uppsala, San Francisco, and Da Nang. Some of the most innovative teams around the world depend on Favro’s expertise and apps in order to realize their vision. The team behind Favro developed the Hansoft A3 ALM tool more than 10 years ago, and built a success being self financed, fast growing, and profitable. Then, a few years ago, we had a vision for something even bigger. We wanted to bring the agile way of working to all kinds of organisations. Beyond software developers to teams in sales, marketing, operations, customer relations, executive management, and even NGOs and political organisations. We wanted to create an app as easy to use as the simplest tools, yet powerful to enable teams to align towards the bigger goals of their organization. To realize our vision we partnered with top VC firm Creandum, raised MUSD 10, and got to action. The result was the collaboration app Favro. Now we're bringing agile to all -- helping teams become hyper-adaptable and allowing organizations to become more organic in their way of working.

We are looking for two Strategic Account Managers to join our team in Uppsala, to work with developing our existing customers. We have customers in several segments, such as creative agencies, game developers, grown-up start-ups, agile enterprises, and professional business services providers. The role will involve travelling primarily within Europe and North America.

 

This is some of what you will be doing:

  • Manage & grow strategic accounts
  • Onboard new strategic accounts from inside sales & marketing
  • Manage the relationship with customer key personas, ensure they are successful and happy with our solution, and show actual increased customer value through ROI-figures
  • Deliver key insights from the market back to the development and marketing teams.

 

Skills and Experience

In this role you will need experience from account management in Enterprice software sales, and know how to ensure customer adoption, satisfaction, renewal and growth. You have a “customer first” attitude and know how to manage a wide number of stakeholders, both on the client side and internally within Favro, where you will be interacting with the Product Owner, the development team and the marketing team. You have the flexibility to adapt to the changes that come with being a fast growing start-up, and the smarts to be the best at what you do.

 

We believe that you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in strategic sales, account management or customer success (SaaS experience is a bonus)
  • Experience of doing business internationally and fluency in the English language
  • Ability to understand what various customers truly need
  • Negotiation skills with a problem solving attitude
  • A university degree in business / marketing / computer sciences
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Experience from working in an entrepreneurial environment
